This is a entirely different story than what is described. The story that is posted is called "Does a Hero Need Employee Benefits?"

The story follows a protagonist who gets sucked into the world of an incredibly brutal and difficult game they spent ages trying to clear. Instead of being a legendary warrior, their assigned quest is managing the Hero's stress levels and mental health. Because if the Hero's mental state breaks, the entire world collapses—and the protagonist will be held responsible. To survive, she resolves to do everything in her power to provide the Hero with proper employee benefits and workplace welfare.
